Rooted and xrecovery intalted
Backup your app first


Iinstalation : 
  1. Reboot to xrcovery 
  2. Full wipe / factory reset
  3. Dalvik wipe
  4. Go advance dalvik wipe sama batre stat
  5. Flash rom r-Droid .. from your sdcard 
  6. Full wipe / factory reset
  7. Go advance dalvik wipe sama batre stat 
  8. Reboot
  9. enjoy ( for max result reboot once more time ) 

1. wifi update .. ( just in case )


2. Theme transformer + sofkey + stsbar tarns + icon


how to instal update :

1 .Reboot hh ke CWM
2. instal zip from sdcard
3. choose zip from sdcard
4.choose filenya 
6.choose advance choose dalvik wipe
5. reboot

How to flash:
1. Reboot to xrecovery ( recomended ) 
2. full wipe 
3. cache wipe 
4. go to advance dalvik wipe and batt status wipe 
5. Flash The rom 
6. Reboot 

note : if u have problem with market .. after u flash this rom turn of the data enable on setting ..reboot then enable data to connect internet.. and u will find the market .. enjoy
