Iinstalation :
Reboot to xrcovery
Full wipe / factory reset
wipe cache partition
Go advance dalvik wipe and batre stat
Flash rom r-Droid .. from your sdcard
Full wipe / factory reset
Go advance dalvik wipe and batre stat
Reboot
enjoy ! ( for max result reboot once more time )
